In 1993 there was a blizzard that has been affectionately dubbed the Noreaster of 93. My memory of this storm was the exact opposite for my parents, I got to miss school, play in the snow storm with my friends, camp out in the living room, eat soup and generally just be a child. It wasn't until later that I thought back and realized how intense that storm must have truly been.
